I think I've read just about every one of them and it's so wonderful to see the changes that are happening in you. Your outlook is so much more positive and because of that it seems that you are getting the results that you are looking for. It is amazing how much our beliefs in ourselves effect our actions. Keep your faith and let the love that you have for yourself grow each day and there will be nothing you can't do.an experiment in happinesshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10688072173408751389noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-48316345466072463.post-72037355962085398892011-07-06T10:51:13.610-07:002011-07-06T10:51:13.610-07:00I LOVE how well you are doing and what you are sha...I LOVE how well you are doing and what you are sharing with us. I love that you were able to let go of the guacamole episode and weighing and move on. I'm starting to do more of that - eat, be done with it and move on. Today I felt like I ate too much for lunch and was tempted to get angry at myself and keep eating for spite. I chose to stop eating and move on to other things, feeling full, yes, but that's ok. In a class last night a woman shared that to get out of a rut she was in, she started small, deciding to do 2 things differently every day. It could be actions or attitudes. My two things today are 1) Letting go of thinking I have to punish myself for eating what I think was too much and choosing to know that I ate the perfect amount for my body; and 2) Looking for the blessing in what at first feels like a hassle.

I also love how you described the shadow shapes in the pool - I love that too and can be mesmerized by that for hours.

Looking forward to more of your PURE RAW JOY!

Love from KarenKarennoreply@blogger.com
